Dr. Liddle has closed her primary care practice but will continue to offer consulting care for existing active and new accepted consults (see new consults here). The care that existing consult patients receive who are already followed by Dr. Liddle should not change other than relocation of practice site (see new location here) although due to my reduced work hours your family physician may, on occasion, be required to renew prescriptions. As always, Dr. Liddle does not assume primary care for existing or new consults - care remains focused on a specific health issue. Information will be shared via letters and all applicable reports to the primary care physician to maintain the circle of care. Dr. Liddle looks forward to continuing to provide consulting care in my new location.
